3. Project Payments

• Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins.
• Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed quotation.
• Final project files, credentials, deployment access, or ownership transfer may be withheld until full payment is received.
• All payments are non-refundable once development work has started.

4. Project Timelines

• Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope.
• Delays caused by missing content, approvals, revisions, or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of SiteGen Technologies.
• Project completion dates may be adjusted accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide required content, images, branding materials, and information on time.
• Review and approve deliverables promptly.
• Maintain ownership or permission for any content supplied.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions included within the project scope will be provided. Major scope changes, additional pages, new features, or redesign requests may incur additional charges.

7. Hosting & Domain Services

• Hosting and domain fees are separate unless explicitly included in the quotation.
• Third-party hosting providers remain responsible for infrastructure uptime.
• SiteGen Technologies is not liable for outages caused by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. SiteGen Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed projects within its portfolio and marketing materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

SiteGen Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, websites, software, advertisements, or digital assets developed by us.

10. Marketing & Advertising Results

Digital marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, and lead generation campaigns depend on multiple external factors. Specific rankings, sales, leads, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will remain billable.

12. Changes to Terms

SiteGen Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
